Business Reviews
HPSI’s Procurement Consultants lead members through regular Business Reviews, including a thorough accounting of your organization’s program participation. This effort helps to identify program and savings opportunities, new supplier solutions and next-step procurement goals and objectives.
Prudent Buyer Report
This monthly report is sent to all members showing purchases from HPSI approved suppliers. The report is broken down by product category and within that category, by manufacturer or distributor. The report reflects total purchases for that month, as well as the past six-months, and the last price paid for that item. Purchasing Consultants assistant members in identifying purchasing trends, price changes and your HPSI cost savings.
Benchmark – Per Patient Day (PPD) Costs
Our data management reports calculate the PPD cost for each product area in which a member participates. Multi-facility operators can benchmark each facility in relation to their corporate budget or consolidated PPD cost.
