Kirk is the Managing Director of Sales for HPSI and joined the team in 2005. He works with HPSI Purchasing Consultants across the country, as well as with members promoting HPSI’s purchasing programs.
He holds a degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University-Idaho and a Kinesiology degree from California State University Long Beach. He is an active member with the California Association of Healthcare Facilities (CAHF), Aging Services of California, Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA) and California Assisted Living Association (CALA).
Kirk lives in Rancho Santa Margarita, California, and is a devoted husband and father of 5 children. In his spare time, Kirk likes to trail run, mountain bike, Hobie16 sail and can often be found exploring remote canyons in and around Zion National Park. He is also ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified.

Dean is the Managing Director of Supply Chain for HPSI and oversees all supplier and distributor Dietary and Foodservice. He is also involved in the growth and management of HPSI’s education segment.
He joined HPSI in 1989 and attended The University of Arizona and has also earned a Certified Foodservice Executive (CFE) certification. He is the 1995 winner of HPSI’s Sales Excellence Award for Hospitality.
Dean loves the outdoors – camping, fishing, and four-wheeling with this family.

Greg is the Managing Director, Procurement & Supply Chain for HPSI and in this capacity, he is responsible for all aspects of commercial contract negotiation, management and compliance in Medical Supply, Capital Equipment, Maintenance, Administrative, Linen, Housekeeping, Technology and all other non-foodservice categories. Greg joined HPSI in 1996 as a Territory Manager serving the Southern California and Southern Nevada Members. He was in this role for ten years before being promoted to the HPSI sourcing team. Over the next 15 years, Greg was promoted to various positions of responsibility and ultimately into the role he fills today.
Greg is a graduate of Utah Valley University with a degree in Business Management and William Howard Taft University, Bernard Whitkin School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. He is a member of the State Bar of California and lives in Yorba Linda, California, with his wife and 4 children. In his free time, Greg enjoys the outdoors. A multiple Ironman Triathlon finisher, he likes to ride his bike, run, swim, hike and fish.

Since joining HPSI in 2007, Ric has held several positions within the organization which have helped shape his leadership style and approach to account management. Currently, as HPSI’s Senior Vice President of National Accounts, Ric oversees the National Accounts Team within the healthcare business segment and provides purchasing expertise and process management consulting to HPSI’s multi-location members.
A graduate of Utah Valley University with a B.S. in Business Management, he also earned his MBA from the University of Southern California with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration.
Ric lives in Southern California with his wife and four energetic children and likes to take advantage of the California outdoors as much as possible. He enjoys dirt biking, boating, rappelling, surfing with his kids and year around soccer. While he doesn’t particularly enjoy running, he believes it is a necessary evil to keep him well-conditioned.
